Identify Alma Certification Assignments

We need to determine which staff groups are required, recommended, or optional to take the Alma certification - found at https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Training/Alma_Administration_Certification. Since the Alma certification covers all main subject areas, the decision will be based on the need for groups to have a full understanding of the way the system works, especially when it comes to decision making for workflows.

1. The TOC will create a spreadsheet that lists all relevant SILS and local groups and allow for assignments of required / recommended / optional, as well as recommended start and due dates for going through the certification process.

2. The TOC will make initial recommendations on the spreadsheet.

3. The spreadsheet will be sent to the IC and Internal Training groups for review and feedback.

4. The TOC will consider feedback from the IC and Internal Training groups and make final assignments on the spreadsheet.

5. The TOC will create a new decision page to track Alma Certification.
