• Sarah: Vanguard institutions have been approved: (UCB incl. NRLF, UCLA inc. SRLF, UCSB, UCSD, UCSF, CDL) Mix of already on Alma + not, small + big, SCP.

• Josephine: Vanguard kickoff June, test load August

• Josephine: let’s share information about how our campuses have implemented internal training and how this Discovery group can coordinate

•   Josephine Tan (Unlicensed) will add links to documentation for Vanguard by 11 May 2020
•  Jess Waggoner will add a document or section for the group to record ideas about local campus coordination among different stakeholder groups and with this Discovery group by 11 May 2020
