Planio Account for Sherry?

It would be useful if Sherry could easily see the ER troubleshooting stuff I’m currently doing. Both new tickets as well as languishing tickets.

CDI Issue Update

Spreadsheet of CDI tickets (just CDL tickets at the moment).

• Some tickets are staying in Tier 1 for more than 30 days.

• Lack of communication with many tickets. Unclear if they’re being worked on by Ex Libris or not.

• Do we see a date change when they work on it internally?

• Caitlin Nelson to bring this to Ex Libris support meeting as FYI and understanding of expectations. “Are you waiting on another party?”

SILS LG request to change permissions on GDrive and Confluence.
