• Some technical issues and many communication issues in first two weekends of rollout (UCD; UCSB/UCSC/UCI)

• UCI/UCM/UCSD supposed to go this coming weekend.

• Testing folder - can we decide on some best practices for the upcoming tests?

  • Test the Friday before the reindex and the Monday after?

  • Combined results has been identified as an issue.

• Hermine Vermeij will send out an email to UCI, UCSD, UCM reps (along with corresponding OT members--Lakshmi, Greg, and Tom) to remind them to test and send any best practices.

• Interest in session answering questions on how campuses decide when or why to use CZ

Limited Search Functionality in Alma and Analytics

• EL has been asked repeatedly to index all MARC fields. There is a limit on the number of local parameters we can set up, and there is a need to identify data that is not indexed (example, content type)

• Alma Idea Exchange: Add 880 field to the Bibliographic Details dimension table in Analytics

Sharing session idea - fun with the CZ? (Maybe in conjunction with e-res?)

Evaluate and refine WDU configuration

NZ records lacking OCLC numbers

Need to review norm and merge rules to make sure local 9xx fields are removed and not allowed into the NZ
