New Chair & Vice-Chair appointments & Visioning the SILS-ACQ Team for 23-24

Goal/Need: Erika & Stacy to transition from leadership by end of October.

Chair & VC Roles:

• Setting agendas

  • Participation in All Chairs Meetings

  • Reporting up / polling on decisions / tracking issues for group discussion

• Communicating & convening for discussions

• Point of contact for All Chairs & OT.

Potential Solutions:

• Interest in treating SILS-ACQ group in fashion similar to CKG.

  • meet and report out monthly for each campus

  • move to monthly meetings

  • agenda building by entire group

  • deep dives or show-and-tell available

Tamara Guziejka to serve as chair under new vision of SILS-ACQ starting with November 2023 meeting, with Laura Fouladi serving as VC. Laura and Tammy will set up monthly meetings and all are invited to build agendas.

Erika Quintana will set up October meeting (16th).

Stacy McKenna and Erika Quintana will send notification to OT Chairs & Caitlin on new chair, vc, and vision for SILS-ACQ Team for 23-24.
