Team Charter 25-26
Objective
State the purpose of the group in 25 words or less (brief, energizing).
The All Chairs group serves as a hub for communication and advocacy for the SILS service, within the SILS cohort (appointed members to the SILS committees) and without.
Issues and recommendations from All-Chairs can be escalated to Operations Team.
The All Chairs group also serves as a educational / support group for SILS leaders, in terms of facilitation training, and professional growth opportunities.

Agendas should be available the Thursday before the Tuesday meeting (and a reminder comes from Slack as well.)
There will be an automatic Slack reminder the Monday morning before the Tuesday meeting, asking “Are we meeting?” and Caitlin will make a judgement call based on the agenda. Members can affirm or object via Slack.
Team members will have their updates / questions / agenda items in the agenda by Friday EOD.
Recording meetings will not be by default, but only by request / as needed.
