Group Purpose

Through the PPC, FGs receive implementation items that require decision-making and applicable information (e.g. priority, timeline) from the Implementation Coordinators and subgroups. Following completion of implementation-related decision-making, FGs will also identify policies, practices, procedures and workflows where appropriate standardization will best take advantage of the operational and service opportunities afforded through the systemwide ILS (SILS), and where localization (unique to individual UC institutions) is preferred over standardization and is interoperable with the SILS. Note: FGs are empowered to make decisions about when and how to standardize for a broad range of practices, including decision-making specific to implementation of the Alma and Primo services.
