• 2024-05-21 All Chairs Meeting notes

• Expanded NZ access--working on principles (very open so far). Small groups testing e-resources work in sandbox and authority control workflows

Marcia (UCSC)

• Person Entity Discovery in Sandbox - notes on configuration, functionality, & screenshots

Catherine (UCSB)

• Attended ELUNA in Minneapolis; next year’s meeting will be mid-June in Atlanta

• AI was a topic of interest to EL this year; I attended mostly DEIA and Analytics sessions

• Adam: Make sure documentation for NZ is clear, would help for training.

• May ask CDL/SCP what’s documentation we may have for working on NZ.

• Catherine: Eluna recordings are now available. One Analytics session has long waiting list.

• UCB share Sandbox test records

• UCSC will share their configuration and test records

• UCD staff like to work with authority task list and see the positive impact and ask more task list to do

A volunteer needed for FY 24/25 vice chair

• Benefits include having high-level access NZ account, receiving system-wide news before other members, helping implementing impactful projects and cutting-edge initiatives

UCSC - completed interviews for Cataloging Specialist position.

• Hope to have a volunteer by end of June, signing up for two year (one year vice chair, and one year chair). Please contact Hermine and/or TJ if any questions
