Kickoff meeting occurred last friday. Determining a regular meeting time - timeslots due 5/1.

Will there be different train the trainer training for current vs. new campuses?

Internal Training team tasks

  • Start identifying candidates for the “train the trainer” process. Generally want at least one staff member per department, at each campus. Be mindful of branch libraries. This will only be the initial pass to identify potential gaps - we will do this process again much closer to staff training.
