1	Sharing and Updates	15	Share any Discovery related information from other SILS groups	LG: Hasn’t met recently OT: The Organization Unit Name Change production plan, which will fix the IZ/NZ ordering bug, needs a few tweaks before OT is ready to vote on it. The Proposal for Expanded Network Zone Access also needs some revisions and then will come back to OT for review. Briefly reviewed the State of SILS townhall agenda (January 23 at 1pm) Tipasa Testing Update and request for comments All-Chairs: RM is in the process of removing campus local notes from NZ bib and updating local bibliographic data ERES is giving input on the Exclude CDI ebooks and had a Q&A with Sam Cooc about his Analytics Dashboard RS updated work plan. Their central projects are Tipasa development cooperation with OCLC, trying to get analytics reports that work with the AFN, consortia blocks, and P2P Acquisitions discussed POL reporting codes, specifically the 4th and 5th which had been reserved for system-wide use, started documenting specific examples of missing or unfinished functionality in acq A discussion about NERS voting and is it worth taking the time to submit. We did learn from previous Alma institutions that enhancements have to be submitted each year if we want them to be reconsidered. A discussion about what issues All-Chairs would like to work on in the coming months. Accessibility update: We have an update meeting scheduled for January 18
2	Slack/General Questions	5		Has anyone seen a Primo VE 2024 roadmap? (The Alma one is out.)
3	Tipasa Testers 2023 Decision Page	10	Do we have any feedback?		UCR: We agree with the recommendations and reasoning. Switching to Tipasa now, when it cannot match the current VDX functionality, would negatively affect the user experience. We don't want a replacement product that does not meet the functionality of the product being replaced.
4	Primo 2024 Enhancements	15	Determine if there’s any we need to submit	If we want to submit anything, it needs to be done by end of day today. If your institution does not have an ELUNA membership, you can request SILS Op Center submits an enhancement request for you. Enhancements to discuss: # 8749 Primo VE: Change dynamic preferred record selection # 8970 Primo: Consolidate My Library Card display of loans/requests from all institutions in the network (is this just Primo or Primo VE also?) Timeline: January 13 - deadline to submit new enhancement March 3 - Primo enhancement team finishes reviewing submissions March 4-29 - Voting Round June 10-21 - 2nd Voting Round, if needed
5	UC Palace Project Team Phase 1 Report	5	Any follow-up questions?		UCR: Why are they investigating a solution that, according to Key Finding 4, users didn't prefer? Users preferred reading academic ebooks on browsers. Palace is a mobile app with no plans to have a browser interface. It also hasn't been used by a consortium and hasn't developed integrations with Alma/Primo.
