Met with Adrian and Ben. Filled each other in on what each group is up to. As they build FAQs, be aware of where the notes/workflow is. Setting up a monthly meeting to TB about this.

Communication leads are working closely with PM leads. Does the EUO group vet content through TOC? Yes, for items that need it.

Identified a need to work with local groups.

Josephine: CDL has a graphic designer? Can we bring them in for graphics?

  • IT responsible for communicating to the Local teams.

  • TOC responsible for communicating to the Cohort.

IT team to put together a version of the spreadsheet with names and campuses to determine if we have appropriate spread across campuses.

Should put out a call to each of the local campuses to identify people who already have Alma certification.
