1	Updates (please add in advance)		10 mins		Liz: UCSD is starting to deal with its print backlog. For now, just copy searching and storing OCLC numbers, Millennium bib IDs and barcodes in a Google sheet Hermine: Just back from vacation today, so have been blissfully ignorant of anything going on. But it doesn’t seem like much. I will be on the Transition Task Force (charge). Shi: CDL received CDL IZ environment on July 8, data reviewed and okay. UCB: In the middle of training (we’re doing it with screenshots, not live). Today = MDE. UCD: An hour is allocated for technical services staff to explore the SILS Sandbox together every day during the technical freeze. TJ is leading four sessions: Linking/Unlinking Institution Zone bibliographic records to Network Zone; Multiple ways to import OCLC records; Handling multi-matches; and, Associating portfolios with different bibliographic records and replacing local portfolios with Community Zone ones. 2	Any new questions/concerns ahead of go-live?							Liz will draft Cutover moratorium on changes to NZ-linked bibliographic records
3	Bound-withs		20 mins		Should we label parent/child relationships in a 910 Implications for merging records	Don’t have to decide now, can test in Sandbox. Having 910 can help use indication rule to prevent the boundwith records being deleted also 910 can be used in Analytics to pull it out if boundwith records got deleted		Liz will draft decision page. RMFG will test it out in Sandbox
4	MARCIVE workflow		10 mins		May/June files will need to be adjusted before loading Draft	Concern about merging: Consider to exclude MARCIVE records from OCLC WorldCat Update using 908 for indication rule to scope them out		RMFG will test it in Sandbox in August.
5	CRL records		10 mins		Draft	Some campuses need more time. UCSD has concern print may not rank the same way as electronic, also want minimize on maintenance		Table it for more questions/comments from campuses
6	Next meeting				If we stick to bi-weekly then we would meet next on July 27 (go-live). Do we want to meet then or move to 8/3? We could still keep the study hall on 7/28 in case anyone has anything that comes up			Liz will reschedule as suggested
