UCSC:

• Metadata Services is hiring a Cataloging Specialist (Library Professional 4 CX).  Initial Review Date is March 25, 2024.

Hermine/UCLA:

• 2024-03-12 All Chairs Meeting notes

  • SILS GitHub - shall we get an RM space? Would be good for keeping copies of rules.

• 2024-04-09 All Chairs Meeting notes

  • Chatting about RLF representation in SILS--would we be interested in having official RLF representation on RM-OST?

• Update on NZ Access group

• Done with our e-bookplate revamp.

UCB:

• Reviewing practices in holdings records

  • Do we need to retain migrated 001 fields?

  • Can we use the Holdings ID in the 001 field?

  • Reordering MARC holdings fields on save

UCSD:

• Started cleaning up outdated LCSH in UCSD records using a combo of the LC Subjects search in Alma and the analytics report found in the community folders. I think this could approach could be useful in the NZ as well.
