Background
During planning for FY23/24 annual statistics, AASA-PT members reflected challenges understanding schedule designations in UCL annual statistics, both within the group and for local stakeholders, noting that plain-language naming would better support sense-making and communication. As part of the team’s charge to streamline systemwide annual statistics reporting, the group decided to eliminate these “schedule” designations in favor of the plain-language titles for forms and reports.
Dependencies
AASA-PT and CDL will need to clearly communicate this change to campus statistics contacts and provide support for this transition within the forms and instructions. All forms, instructions, and communications related to the non-ILS campus submissions of data will indicate former schedule designations in FY23/24 reporting, and will cease using these designations altogether in FY24/25.
