Primo Repository Team
The Repository
We have created a code repository in Github for each campus to share their local Primo enhancements with each other.
Creating a unified code base that all campuses use and extend locally would be extremely challenging and time-consuming, and the benefits are unlikely to outweigh the high costs. Therefore, this repository is simple a “snippet library.” Each campus can share the code for their solutions to specific problems and document their solutions so that the other campuses can learn how it works and decide if they would like to use the same approach or try something different.

The Github organizational account UC Libraries SILS is administered by CDL staff.
A “Discovery” team in the account has been granted admin privileges on the primo_snippets repository
Campus representatives can be added to the “Discovery” team by @Gem Stone-Logan
