1	Work Plan approach (items 4-8 are options)	discuss how to manage the Work Plan: E-Resources think about decision page versus policy/documentation, how to denote		all	From Service Doc Hub: ”Decisions document where OSTs have formally made a recommendation, voted, and decided” pages correspond to work plan items once a work plan item is started, a decision page will be created with DRAFT in the title. This will help with tracking notes/actions/etc (tagged decisions) when the page is created, define the scope and the goal of the page If needed, decision page can be converted to a policy/documentation page (tagged pnp) Decision page Other pages: Documentation/Policy/????		@Tamara Pilko will ask at All-Chairs about page types so we can be consistent with other groups
2	Review ‘in progress’ projects on Work Plan: E-Resources	Any projects nearing “due date”? Assign a project lead? Check-in monthly? quarterly?		all	Contact in notes - is that a project lead?
