This will help with tracking notes/actions/etc (tagged decisions) when the page is created, define the scope and the goal of the page If needed, decision page can be converted to a policy/documentation page (tagged pnp) Decision page Other pages: Documentation/Policy/????		@Tamara Pilko will ask at All-Chairs about page types so we can be consistent with other groups
