Objective:

Comprehensively identify existing patron data sourcing and administration procedures; manage local review and cleanup projects; proactively troubleshoot potential migration issues; and provide leadership for post-migration quality assurance.

What are our expectations for working together?

  • Arrive to meetings on-time, ready to contribute and give your colleagues your full attention

  • Enable the video feed from your camera so other participants can see you

  • Treat everyone with dignity and respect, recognizing there will be a diversity of opinions, each one deserving of a chance to be heard

  • Share your thoughts and opinions constructively; be open to and willing to learn from those of others

  • Emphasize listening, clarifying, and seeking to understand; never be afraid to ask a question

  • Work efficiently, both independently and together, to achieve our goals and meet deadlines

  • Offer effective assistance to one another when needed

  • Refrain from demeaning, intimidating, discriminatory, or harassing behavior/speech
