1	(STANDING ITEM) Subteam Roundup	Check-in on OSTs - capture any shared issues or cross-team task	5	Team	Resource Management: Working with SILS-OPs to add “New” and Merge” files to our daily WorldCat Updates. Current status: have tested in the sandbox; will move to production soon. Still discussing ETD metadata and not reaching a clear consensus. Mixed feelings among campuses on duplicate records--not sure how much user impact there actually is. SILS Ops Center: CJK reindex of the NZ! We’ll be debriefing at OT next week. Discovery - how/when to discuss quarterly releases? Orbis Cascade does lots of testing--anything useful there? Some OSTs are discussing more than others. Idea to hold quarterly all-UC coffee chats to coincide with updates.		@Caitlin Nelson and @Gem Stone-Logan will set up Slack reminders to discuss quarterly updates.

This was more common during implementation. Now we are working more on living documents--ok to not stick with the strict decision/policy page binary.

4	Signature Success Program	Discussion and next steps for how to work strategically with Ex Libris	15	Caitlin	From Ex Libris: “We would like to partner in parallel to address three key issues we are already aware of: shared Acquisitions workflows, centralized cataloging best practices and cooperative workflows, analytics. Please confirm that these are the three key issues. I’m putting together a draft of a program to address these key issues” Not sure if the cataloging bullet should be on there--or it should be more specific. Make them build the "Alma Agreements" tool that ExL presented on with CSU (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SHwyjtPclBZaL6zUsErJngBaLOBBOAMg/view?usp=drive_link) Discovery is working already on ADA/accessibility problems (non-roman script, CJK, screen-reader problems, etc) Documentation / support better. Why are product managers at ELUNA so much better than regular support people? Additional potential value that has not yet been realized - what else is in the NZ that we don’t know about? Clarity on the relationship between AllChairs and Negotiation team - what level of interaction would be available? Also is there a role for OT? (RACI)		@Caitlin Nelson to confer with Negotiation team on how they’d like to involve All Chairs appropriately. All Team: put your “beeves” in the Slack channel by next meeting.
