Regular: Project status update meeting / Alma or Primo VE training review

Wednesday prior (Tuesday prior for training so Internal Training can prepare questions)

  • IT collects training questions via a Google Form, collates them, and submits them on Basecamp.

  • IT sends an email to the SILS Cohort listerv with training Q&A deadline and question form link for the week. They send a second email to only IT to forward to their own campuses (to get questions from local campus staff participating in training.)
