PM/Ex Libris Update (recurring)

Report from last Thursday (https://uc-sils.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ExL/pages/1263828997 ) and Tuesday meetings ( https://uc-sils.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ExL/pages/1267106156 ) and ask any questions for Thursday

  1. Do the trainers want questions for the Q&A sessions in advance (after the other sessions)? If so, should we use basecamp or another method? I know we've asked about questions a million times, but someone mentioned that during the vanguard workshop they asked for questions to be emailed in advance for the Q&A

    • [Marci] Questions in advance are not needed on our end. This may be different for the special workshops (CDL and Primo VE) but not needed for standard Alma workshops.

  2. When does Ex Libris want the questions we're recording posted into basecamp? At the end of a day? After a Q&A session? After all the workshops for the week are complete?

    • [Marci] They may want to post them at the end of each day or compile them – depending on their preference.

Questions for Ex Libris

  • Map/cross-walk of new Alma Essentials to old Alma Essentials: would like to avoid creating these if possible

    • Can EXL wait to remove these entirely? Extend deadline if possible through July. Would like the content to still point to something. Don’t pull the links without notice.

  • [standing] If none at this time, send to Joanna or post to Basecamp if something comes up.

Katie will put together campus agendas with links to the new alma essentials trainings
