First items to focus on will be:

1. Gathering legal risk information

2. Nature of communications and meetings with ExLibris

1. Jesse will contact Trevor Finneman, Principal Counsel, Disability & Education Affairs @ UCOP and arrange a meeting. Jesse will also contact Rachael Samberg in UCB Library’s Office of Scholarly Communications. He will gather notes into a single document for review.

2. Jesse will contact Adriana Pilecky-Dekajlo and ask her to join one of our upcoming meetings.
