  • Review Hold Notices : The Cohort will review the notices and generate consistent language for a cohesive customer experience.

  • Some campuses still need to add their examples.

See more confusion in the renewal process.

URL for renewals in auto-generated letters? Add a blub if you’re not a user of that institution.

Gather copies ofall letters, review for consistency in language. Look into adding URL specific to lending institution for renewals. UCSC configured the letter so the URL only displays for local users.

Analytics configuration report

Come up with tables that would be our top priority for any change.

All

  • Review this post and come up with the tables that would be your top priority for any change.

  • Deadline: to develop master UC List at the 2/14 All-Chairs meeting.

Goal is for UC to drop a comment outlining the top priority for comments. We can spend some time at our next meeting discussing what we would like to see. Some ideas:

  1. Fulfillment Unit Rules

  2. TOU’s (local? comparison for something new)

  3. Overdue & Lost Loan Profiles

  4. Block Preferences

  5. Request Pickup Config

  6. Loan limit rules

Review link in “Notes” column for ExL IdeaExchange post, but think about the ability to run Analytics reports on Alma Configuration settings. Goal is to establish our “top list” for the All-Chairs group to review.

4

Review draft Tipasa Project Plan Outline

RS OST seeking feedback on plan decision page linked here.

Alison

  • VDX will be sunset and replaced with Tipasa.

  • Could potentially impact F OST.

Send feedback to SILS RS OST list (sils-ffrs-l@listserv.ucop.edu) by Feb 17. Feedback will be discussed in their Feb 22 meeting.

External Patron request for AFN pickup at another campus

15

Mark

  • It was noticed at UCB/NRLF that external patrons could set the pick up location to be any campus systemwide by any patron group.

  • Has anyone else seen this?

Is this related to AFN users being able to place a hold on an item and set the pickup as another campus?

A UCM alum set an NRLF item to be picked up at UCSC.

If you have access to Fulfillment TOU’s check what your users are able to do for the request action. Check “requestable” and “pickup location”

Testing on user groups for what actions can be preformed. Can you request an item to be picked up at a different campus?
