| See more confusion in the renewal process. URL for renewals in auto-generated letters? Add a blub if you’re not a user of that institution. | Gather copies ofall letters, review for consistency in language. Look into adding URL specific to lending institution for renewals. UCSC configured the letter so the URL only displays for local users. |

| Review link in “Notes” column for ExL IdeaExchange post, but think about the ability to run Analytics reports on Alma Configuration settings. Goal is to establish our “top list” for the All-Chairs group to review. |

| Is this related to AFN users being able to place a hold on an item and set the pickup as another campus? A UCM alum set an NRLF item to be picked up at UCSC. | If you have access to Fulfillment TOU’s check what your users are able to do for the request action. Check “requestable” and “pickup location” Testing on user groups for what actions can be preformed. Can you request an item to be picked up at a different campus? |
