Decision
To request the creation of normalization processes in the Alma Network Zone:
Contact an AEFG, RMFG, Discovery FG or other designated campus representative (list)
Representatives should email Gem Stone-Logan and Alison Ray (sils-sysops@cdlib.org) and include:
Subject line: “NZ normalization process request”
The name and description of the normalization rule(s) to be included
Confirmation that campuses/FGs have reviewed existing “allUC” rules and that nothing comparable exists in the NZ already
Confirmation that campuses/FGs have tested rules in their IZ and added them to the NZ prior to submitting a request
Desired name for the normalization process including campus or FG name
Normalization processes requested should conform with the naming conventions here: (Go-live and beyond) Naming conventions for shared rules, import profiles, and sets in the NZ
