OCLC Gateway Troubleshooting

  • OCLC Gateway errors:

  • Multi-match:

      • There are multiple records in the system that are matching on the 035$a or 035 $z. These need to be resolved in Alma (documentation forthcoming)

    • Locked: 

      • Someone has the record open in Alma. Check in the MDE to see if you can release it. Catalogers can release locked records that are not their own after 1 hour of inactivity.
