| AMR | 8/25/23 (Friday) activity on ILL CKG that all requests were in ‘cancel pending’ status & that VDX updates are not moving to WSILL. OCLC-VDX reports that issue is ‘resolved’, but ILL CKG reports issues still occurring. AMR sent email to OCLC-VDX (RS, SM, & VDX ticketing system) on 8/25 and again 8/28 asking for an escalation & reopening of the cases surrounding this issue. (9:33am 8/28): Neither AMR nor UC ILLers have recieved response from OCLC-VDX about the continuing issues. (10:20am): Report from RH indicates that ‘resolved’ may have meant new cases of the problems have stopped, but that the affected requests are still broken & OCLC is working to get a fix for those. I've asked Ralph for more clarification on the timing & scope of affected requests. | AMR to update ILL CKG that OCLC-VDX acknowledge issues not completely resolved & they continue to work on fix CDL to propose meeting with OCLC-VDX (and possibly other OCLCers) for post-mortem type meeting about issue & disruption from late June 2023 |
