3 | NZ SSO | Consult | 10? | GSL | Ex Libris says we can do multiples in Alma. Met with Mark Boyce (UCOP). We think it’s likely technically feasible to do one setup for all campuses using the “UCOP SSO proxy”. We’ll test in the sandbox first. I’m double checking if we can set it up for some users but not others. SSO offloads management of the people (in terms of separation from institution) so that we don’t have to think about that. → That said, we should still have a process for monitoring accounts. |

4 | NZ testing sandbox accounts | Discuss this issue - decide next steps |
|
| “expectations of work in the NZ” / “process examination” ~ understanding of impact of work/ changing of settings; shared understanding of terms/aspects of data; scope of work consider proof of concept testing with short time frame to help inform above - especially if test cases are already thought through liaise with cdl shared collections conflicts with active high priority testing - configuration clashing & job provisioning |
