Ex Libris' definition of opt-in appears to be a bit different that many universities. Opt-in in this case appears to mean that a link won’t appear for Research Assistant without the library doing something but if users know the URL they can still access it.

Listserv person has a customization workaround that leads to a “this feature has not been activated” page.

Can we go ahead and request it be turned off formally for UCS? YES

 

@Gem Stone-Logan send a ticket to ask to turn off in both prod and SB.

  • Slack cleanup:

    • Did we pull out analytics people from Cohort slack from a while back?

    • New groups / old groups

  • Confluence documentation update:

    • Create a space docs

  • Listserv:

    • Is there a desire to keep an archive of an old group? Because UCOP will delete everything.

    • → Put this in the offboarding of any group that the archives will be deleted and they can open a ticket if they want more information.
