Holdings closed at 2023 for titles we’re not continuing with. CDL researching perpetual access for each category of titles (subscribed/unsubscribed). Challenges with updating split coverage in Alma, title transfers, and other factors such as archive purchases. Book package updates are coming. JSTOR DDA: More information forthcoming. Management is through GOBI (DDA titles, purchased titles). All titles reflected in GOBI, access working, working on new workflows and verifying data (de-duping) CDL website: Restricted docs now display a request form, can’t provide direct access at Sharepoint across all UCs anymore

Page broader in scope from original work item (to explore technical functionality in Alma for perpetual access). Broader ERES goal of separating decision pages from pages we’ll visit frequently May want additional best practice pages for title transfers (location of content and perpetual access) UCD working on putting some of this into practice. Working on a narrative containing models to answer these questions (title transfer, same publisher but no transfer) In a few months will have more information Exploring using the 857 field	Keep decision page as a local practice. This was fixed.)
