• Ex Libris is delaying Changes to Linking Parameters in CDI Links until March (for Gale).

• It will take time to update the T&F journal holdings for titles that are not in our current reading list with no perpetual access due to the number of titles and the format of data provided by publisher. • Problems with change in access to Bates Visual Guide to Physical Examination (UCD, UCSF, UCR)

• Is an EZproxy download limit needed (UCB)?

  • No (UCSB)

  • Could ask EZproxy list (CDL)

  • Related: issue of using AI to download articles (UCSF)

• What is the main way users report e-resources issues?

  • UCI: Submission to LibAnswers

  • UCR: Use Primo’s “report a problem link”

  • UCD: Third-party system

    • Can we get the ability to reroute tickets to CDL Helpline?

      • Tickets go to Salesforce as well (UCI)

  • UCSF: Primo’s report a problem → Zendesk

  • UCLA: Library staff notify us of problems via email, a Jira ticket, Slack, or LibAnswers.

• OpenAthens tip (UCSC): Patrons may need to remove proxy from Zotero after migrating to OpenAthens

  • UCR live on OpenAthens as of January 2

  • NISO webinar: IP authentication may get more complicated in the next year (UCSC)
