UCD digi requests may have 8digit extID instead of the 01UCD#… we’re used to seeing. UCSD using AGS, preparing to add T&F titles if/when needed. Discussing setting up Rapido. UCI editing UC-local wording to indicate users should email their ILL dept and will order via ReprintsDesk. UCB utilizing WSILL ARM filters to identify recently published articles and will order via ReprintsDesk.

4	Slowness Between VDX and WSILL	5	Sabrina	UCR noticed VDX requests that were updated in WSILL to sent were still pending in VDX (over day delay). Eventually resolved. UCILW also noticed slowness. Reminder: put in tickets when you notice slowness/other issues!
