2	Moving Berkeley to “UC Northern Universities” in Rota	20	Kristen	Need to start working on getting the rota assignment rules changed. Instructions listed below: Procedure A (possibly UCB not getting added to rotas for limited time): all IZ Rota assignment rules all remove the UC_Net_Lenders template NZ adds UCB to UC_North template NZ deletes UC_Net_Lenders template NZ runs Distribute Central Resource Sharing Configuration job In this procedure, UCB would not be added to requests that were created after step 1 is completed and before step 4 is completed procedure B (possibly UCB getting added twice for limited time): NZ adds UCB to UC_North template NZ runs Distribute Central Resource Sharing Configuration job all IZ Rota assignment rules all remove the UC_Net_Lenders template NZ deletes UC_Net_Lenders template NZ runs Distribute Central Resource Sharing Configuration job In this procedure, UCB would be added twice (when items held) to requests that were created after step 2 is completed and before step 5 is completed.
