4	Schedule C reports (paper tracking discussion)	40	All	Drive folder for June 2024 tracking As a reminder, the Analytics report "2023 with SB field suggests" (Pathway: /Shared Folders/University of California System 01UCS_NETWORK/Reports/ILL and Resource Sharing/SB suggestions 202405) Each campus will need to copy the report to their own folder or IZ space and change the date filter to display June 2024 requests. UCR found report correct; but some request creators came over with just numbers & request creator not matching paper request UCSC found report correct when switch date to ‘request completed’ from ‘request initiated’ UCI similar (corrected date & report is good) UCB & NRLF same, June appeared correct, but not correct for whole year Potential error - completed requests falling out of report at some point???; what IZes do the system numbers correspond to: KVV found what IZs correspond to these numbers table for later discussion; follow up on listserv	request extension for 2024 schedule c	Participating reporters to upload extract of report monthly to see if requests fall off AMR to reach out to SB about what specific questions had to go to primo dev Dry run of last strat for digi lend schedule c - compare to new report KVV & AMR to write to DWW for extension
