4	AFN report discussion		Demitra	AFN report survey response options, “used as described”, “no, used for something else”, “yes, and for other data” noted: some reports combined (OCLC & VDX, for instance - used in tandem) ; some in house & ad hoc reports not represented in survey; some reports not used often some VDX / OCLC reports overlap due to data source (requests in VDX, not in OCLC → will change after infrastructure change) differences in CCG practices at campuses impacts use of reports supporting CCG; eg UCD uses ILLReports extracts used to link to other data sources; requests have to be combined from many sources add survey option for in house reports? possible next step: grab of survey so far to find most high use (high value) & pick a subset (or all) of those to work with ExL on creating canned analytics		Project team to pull out ‘most used reports’ & first pass prioritization RS OST - option to review survey responses & update responses due beginning of day Aug 12, 2024
5	Copyright declaration on your ILL forms?		Kristen	of forms that appear in Primo, what forms show cp declaration? (ILL forms vs local digitization) concerns - long paragraph of legalese, is this useful/read by patrons? In what cases is this required? (both ILL forms & local copies?) most/all campuses have cp message in ILL forms & local digi requests (if local copy service provided)
6	Shared Courier RFP			‘seems like a lot’ possible loss of service with CSU when we’re not on the save courier service Rapido or P2P requirements? → software requirements are not yet known to be part of RFP (as RFP process has not begun) → risk to RS OST work plan if required software combined with shared courier
