| 5 | CZ Updates Task List: data retention | Info Share | 5 min | @Jeremy Whitt | Ex Libris is redesigning the CZ Updates Task List and proposing changes to the retention of data in the CZUTL. “The plan is to keep having all report types in the "All" list, but allow institutions to define which report types should be included in their "Review" list. This way, institutions will be able to review only what is important for them. As part of the re-design, we would like to limit the data in the CZUTL for a year” The CZ Management Group is collecting feedback. No deadline yet; more information to follow. Initial ERES questions: will ExL let us keep things in the CZUTL relevant to us, or delete everything after one year? |
