  • Formal agenda expected soon. Hoping next week.

  • Past “intended audience” verbiage

    • Example 1: Target Audience: Library staff and managers who view and create reports in Alma Analytics

    • Example 2: Library staff involved in using Analytics to run reports on library activities.

    • Example 3: Note: this is more for Analytics training prior to test load and Cutover but can be applied to future library analytics work

      • Anyone responsible for reporting post Go Live

      • Anyone curious about how Analytics works

  • UCS' IT and ICS will be able to be better determine which staff should attend which sessions when formal agenda is available (i.e. which sessions are for Catalogers, or Circ staff, etc.)

IT Next Steps
Once we have the agenda, we will need to:

  • determine which campus can host the zoom sessions

  • assign hosts for each session

  • write a welcome script for hosts

Registration form and Questions document are approved.

Next week when we have generic agenda we’ll send save the date

Katie and Dominique will put together a sample agenda with times and send out for approval at the IT meeting on the 30th. After that we can send registration form and formal agenda.

We will determine the “host campus” at the June 30th meeting.

@Turnbow will draft save the date email
