Next steps for IT

 

 

 

  1. Members fill out the tabs

    1. Identify the right people on campus

  3. IT group chooses work items to create materials for

  4. IT prepares the materials (divvy up the work?)

    1. Work starts in Jan or earlier if possible

“Workshop survey” (After Oct workshop timing)

 

 

 

Proposal: survey the environment after the October workshop:

  • so we can assess the workshop in order to plan Spring Workshops.

  • so that the Coms team can write up something about our progress.

How different are the October workshop and Spring workshops? Ex Libris has ONE agenda for “standard workshop” so it’s up to us to request changes as needed.

 

Caitlin and Neil set up context at Friday meeting, and have a group discussion.

Primo Certification Email

 

 

 

Update: Neil hasn’t done this yet. Time set aside to modify Alma one into Primo one, and will send to DT.
Once it’s ready, Neil will send to Chairs, and Team will send to …..

Are we (IT) tracking who gets certified?

  • Need to have 2 per campus (campuses can track this themselves.)

  • If we know who the “Experts” are, we can refer to them later
