1	Check-in / Items to add to agenda?
2	SHORT-TERM: Check in on vanguard training process; Is the current process working?				Caitlin needs to poke Marci to get exercises marked as done so we can start sending emails earlier. Clarification: Who’s got the ball on special topics: CN/PPC/ICs would own the special topics IT owns the “official trainings”
3	MED-TERM: October training: Need to decide on the actual schedule for Oct 5-9 by the end of August				Will ex libris record this? This is the start of the quarter so we can expect some people not to be able to attend. YES Oct 5-9 training: Would it be possible to Ex Libris to run each of the sessions twice? So all patron sessions run in morning and in the evening, e.g. Will they need questions in advance? Capacity: Do people need to register ahead of time? What is the capacity?		@Caitlin Nelson ask Marci these questions.
4	MED-TERM: Non-vanguard training				Note: need to coordinate with the EUOS on Primo training for those who will be instructing the patrons.
