Data Security Acknowledgement Forms

Data security acknowledgement forms - everyone: includes local campus testers, ICs, FGs will need to complete the form before getting an account.

Everyone that is doing testing will have to fill out one of these forms.

These forms will be sent out by Elizabeth via e-mail.

It is unclear whether or not analogous forms will be required for go-live.

Local ICs will coordinate with their teams.

Test Plan

We’ll go over some of the test scripts we’ve already started, and discuss creating more.

The last tab on the FN Testing Worksheet are unsorted items.

Some test scripts have been created.

The goal is to test individual scenarios including multiple features. Individual features may be tested in multiple scenarios.

Some of the scripts are based on what is observable through the documentation and may change once a sandbox is available.

Current workflow:

• Copy the master script

• Follow the process

• Link to their script

• Indicate whether or not it was successful

• Make relevant notes

• Initial

Dummy accounts will need to be created for each vanguard institution.

Elizabeth is working on getting non-vanguard members access to an instance.

Vanguard campuses will have to complete a data review before testing begins. Some campuses will be testing the data migration and functionality separately.

SUNY has a libguide for fulfillment that may be helpful in creating scripts.

There will be some delay between test instances being delivered and non-vanguard members getting access. Campuses will use this time to verify the test data.

Parking Lot

There are some questions around what other things this group might add to the parking lot. Expiration dates and whatnot.

• We may need to revisit our discussion regarding what fields are passed between campuses in the Network Zone. (Name, email, expiry date, etc.)

Members can add to the parking lot issues that they feel need to be considered or tracked.
