Review submitted data

Data within the AFN TF folder

should cover timeframe for comparison 2/16-3/2 & 1/26-2/9

No submissions from SF and Merced.

Data from Analytics may not be accurate or correct. Probably should ignore.

Based on Alison’s card sort it seems like experiences matched with what we expected.

  • Borrowing fills in AFN going down is maybe not expected. But it could be due to mismatches going away (number of AFN fills were artificially high before due to filling requests with an incorrect item).

What could ExL do about the Not supplieds?

  • Should IVEA do a title match? Only matching on identifiers now.

  • Alison would like to ask ExL to make more changes before we start changing IVEA.

  • There are two ways ExL can go with this: more conservative matching - that will mean more requests going to VDX, less conservative matching - more mismatches.

  • Is something incorrect happening when a request goes to WSILL? Are there identifiers that aren’t going through?

  • Would be worth doing additional analysis to put NS requests into buckets/types.

  • Is it possible that OCLC can help us?

What problems still linger?
