Some initial testing occurred between UCLA and UCB. Those campuses have the 04 and 05 blocks.

There is a recording available for individuals to view.

The testing indicated that these blocks may be able to stop the initial request from going through. If these blocks are available at the borrowing (home) campus.

Some additional testing is needed for the cash blocks.

There are some outstanding questions about the impact of different cash limit blocks at different campuses.

Members should fill out the google sheet associated with AFN user cash limit blocks for their campuses.

There was a previous effort in Phase 3 to look at the feasibility of harmonization. We might review those efforts, perhaps looking at the AFN policies.

Members should complete the spreadsheet by June 27. The next meeting.

There was a discussion from Phase 4 around Reading Rooms and how that functioned in Alma. One of the campuses (UCR?) might have put in an EXL request around this. This comes into play when there are library use only resource sharing items.

Add library use only items and relevant configurations to the agenda.
