Work Plan: AFN Borrowing Harmonization

Discuss

All

This phase 4 document was the foundation for the rules governing the AFN loan rules. Campuses can add to this. Applying fees to different situations. But cannot change the TOUs.

Blocks could be one potential area for harmonization. Is there a level at which we could establish an AFN block?

Blocks are currently configured locally, at each campus.

Standardizing language across each campus might be helpful too. Especially in Primo.

  • AFN Consortial block testing on 8/18, then a possible last round of Cash Limit testing, and then the summary of findings.

Testing is ongoing. There will be more testing coming and a document coming out.

Draft document: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1_AM-J7-3Z97xp-TFhNwhpSXHSBnZ1IN4-Ud8Qc_ocIA/edit?usp=sharing

The group will have to go through and come up with generic solutions for each issue, probably running them past local stakeholders. Individuals can also add scenarios as they see fit.

Shared the document with the team. Will move to Confluence.

There were some questions about how expiry and purge dates interact across the AFN. These are configured locally.
