Filtered list down to 5 issues that affect the group.

• Difficult to see what materials are in the RLFs in Primo and Alma because they are nested in other records.

• Similar to point above. Patrons need to go to another campus’s primo to see RLF holdings.

• Unable to see analytics reports for other IZs.

• Unable to easily discover titles held by RLFs

• Additional clicking through required to easily discover RLF titles in Primo

Is there programming available to make RLF holdings easily visible in Primo?

Did we miss any pain points?

Are there other pain points that are affected by the configuration options?

Should we focus on staff (campus and RLFs) who are accessioning items and records in the system?
