Scheduled meetings

  • Decide how often to meet as a group if issues are not escalated to us for several weeks

Useful to keep short check-ins every 4-6 weeks even if issues not being forwarded to us. All agree to cancel on Friday afternoon if there is no issue for us to discuss. Encourage use of Slack.
