2	RLF SILS Planning Group (RSPG) proposal for integration into SILS Phase 4	SGTF feedback on the proposal for integration is requested. Feedback can be shared directly in the google doc; this time is reserved for discussion and to clarify any requested edits, if needed.	00:15	Cathy	During phase 3, Cathy realized that additional RLF planning was needed to consider RLF data configuration for the SILS. A small group (RSPG) was charged by SILS Working Group (during the late stages of phase 3) to carry out this planning work and to submit recommendations (i.e. this is not a decision-making group). RSPG’s work has continued into phase 4 and the WG requested that they draft an integration proposal around how they should be formally integrated into the phase 4 SILS governance structure. SGTF is being asked to weigh in on the integration proposal. A member expressed some concern about whether now is the appropriate time to charge this work. Should we stick with the status quo and instead pursue this planning/investigative work after go-live (perhaps 6-12 months, after we’re on the system and can better consider our options)? A member noted that the RCTF work may overlap somewhat with the newly charged Working Group for Systemwide Print Collection Management Strategy (particularly around management of bibliographic records for shared materials). If there is membership overlap between RCTF and this new working group, that might help with communication and collaboration. A member recommended that the charge specify that RCTF will not carry-out functional group work, though they may consult with some of the FGs. A member questioned how the RCTF’s work might overlap with SCP-related SILS configuration work (e.g. work happening in resource management FG).	Decision: The integration proposal (for the RCTF to be a task force in phase 4) is appropriate. However, some SGTF had some concerns about whether this group should be charged right now to carry out this work (is it implementation or post-go-live?). Some SGTF members also noted that the RCTF should consider how its work may overlap with other existing groups (both within and outside of the SILS structure).	Action: Cathy will take the SGTF’s feedback to the RSPG/RCTF and they will consider edits to their charge. RSPG/RCTF will consult with the SILS WG. If further advice on integration is needed, SGTF will be consulted with again.
