3	Project team makeup				Note: recording stopped during this section. Some team availability changes are coming up. Do we want to invite 1-2 additional campus people to join? People with a good focus in Analytics and/or eresource content. Looking for: Analytics priority with a subject focus on fund expenditure and e-inventory. Purpose would be to help create analytics reports including communicating CDL-managed fund expenditure data and inventory with the campuses. One 90-minute meeting a week Wed 10:00-11:30 Potentially additional time needed during Ex Libris Consulting. Duration 3-6 months.		Gem will work with Caitlin to bring to OT steering committee.

5	FYI CDL Acq Overview				Lisa Mackinder presented the 1st part of this in our June 8 meeting and the 2nd part of this in our June 22 meeting. It looks like we have recordings of both dates (though maybe it’s not complete?).

Inventory subteam will look and probably send to Eres for further discussion. Vanderbilt integrated with Oracle and did a presentation on it. For reference: Out of Office/Vacation Schedule
