Discussed paydoc worksheet & report options more:

• Would need a way to input a mix of percentages or dollar amounts into the worksheet version for a single order which could end up being very complicated

• Paydocs: Could clean them up so there is a separate section for the POL/invoice data at the top, separate from the fund amounts (so as to not repeat notes)

• Exports: Could export the entire dashboard into an Excel for distribution to campuses

• Question for Gem to remind us: Exactly how can campuses use these reports in Alma, or can they do nothing with them from the IZ level?

• API: Future potential exploration: Can an API be used to add Alma reports/dashboard data to a third party system? Has any campus done this successfully? Impact on data privacy?

• Brainstormed ideas for how to write about analytics in the final report (added notes as a comment on our draft for now)
