Think more about the mechanisms about how cost shares, etc are being reflected. There were still be double work at least initially between Alma and Oracle. 2) Once confirm financial side questions, do a practice load in the sandbox Some examples from the campuses for naming conventions, etc could be useful for CDL people to review. 2b) Discuss Automating some of the workflows - Fund allocation loader. 3) Plan to test in production for the use of Analytics. (Ex Libris has confirmed they can delete our tests.) |

| Come back by Labor Day with more info around the outstanding questions. Best Practice: How long to wait for collection to show in CZ vs creating local record? Inventory subteam will look and probably send to Eres for further discussion. Vanderbilt integrated with Oracle and did a presentation on it.
