3 | Start success review | From the charge: Conduct a success review to identify the “definition of done” - that is, define the criteria for the success of the project team by asking the following questions:

Overarching criteria for success: The team is successful when we determine what can and can’t be operationalized within Alma. The team has tested and documented the extent of Alma’s functionality for each need. The team will identify staff, programming, or consultant needs to support the successful implementation of CDL workflows. The team will draft workflows or create hand-off documents for relevant SILS groups and CDL staff, at which point this team may be dissolved. |
