| 3 | Finalize team charter | 30 min | All | Draft charter is on Google Drive | Objective: Take 1st sentence from Charge as is for now, though we have some concerns about “findability/integration” Wrote description of Vice Chair role We’ll move Gatekeeper role to Principles of Participation (for everyone) Tracking action items: Chair will review regularly as facilitator (Vice Chair as backup) Add a Reflection session to the Charter itself (so that lessons can be shared before a post-mortem/retro session). Before June, Chair will schedule a session to surface questions, reflect on work, etc. AORTA Facilitation Resource Sheet (2017) is a great resource (consider paying them for training if you have a budget). We might want to fold in Embrace Curiousity, No One Knows Everything…, and Acknowledge the Difference Between Intent and Impact to our Charter. Approved by thumbs up. Do we want to record meetings? Technical issue: it might not work for Chair/Vice Chair to record if Chrissy is not present at meeting. Discuss next time.
