1	Review final report updates since last meeting.	Make final edits and prepare for submission to Operations Team	30 mins	Madelynn / All	Group worked together to review sections of the final report and to address comments. There was discussion of how to manage links within the document. The need to standardize the titles of and language used when referring to related documents (the Decision Tree, Visibility Pre-Assessment Questionnaire, etc.) as well as spelling of words like 'systemwide' also arose. Group worked on clarifying section headings, portions of the Calisphere to Primo Workflows Assessment section, and did some light wordsmithing. After review, group decided to delete extra text/sections at the foot of the report.	Group has decided that we’re comfortable sharing the draft report with Operations and with local stakeholders in order to seek their feedback.	Will need to review and update/replace links throughout the document. @Gabriela Montoya (Unlicensed) volunteered to take this on. @Christine Kim (Unlicensed) will review and update the Calisphere to Primo Workflows Assessment section. @Gabriela Montoya (Unlicensed) will look for an example of a collection for which item-level access is preferable to that we can include it in the Collections vs. Item-level Representations section. @Jerrold Shiroma (Unlicensed) will prepare the report and appendices as a PDF.
